Following the approval of the proposal, we proceed to develop a comprehensive concept design based on our on-site meeting and site analysis and craft a presentation illustrating our vision for the project. This encompasses conceptual site plans and sections, planting concept, mood imagery and optional 3D visualizations. In addition, we prepare a preliminary cost estimate for the project construction. If necessary, we coordinate the execution of a site survey which ensures an accurate base plan for our concept. We present our concept design to you in person and welcome your feedback for project refinement in the schematic design phase.

In this phase we continue to refine the project based on your feedback after the presentation and prepare detailed site plans, sections and technical specifications. We curate the material selection for hardscape elements including paving, fencing and walls and develop a detailed plant selection, lighting concept and irrigation plan, providing you with options to choose from based on your preferences and budget.

We prepare all the necessary documents for building applications and ensure that all bureaucratic and legal requirements are met.

Collaborating closely with our reliable partners, we procure bids and select subcontractors together with you in accordance with your preferences. Our project team searches for the perfect trees and plants for your project and manages the procurement process, ensuring the acquisition of all materials, tools and services necessary for project completion. 

We maintain oversight throughout the entire construction of the project to ensure design integrity and facilitate seamless and transparent communication between you and the subcontractors. Every aspect of the project, including the installation of irrigation systems, lighting and furniture, is orchestrated by us to uphold our standards and preserve our design intent.
